Our service is available for patients insured by Polish National Health Foundation and for individual patients. The center as well as its interior are also convenient for disabled patients.

In our optical shop we offer our clients a wide choice of correction glasses and sunglasses. We manufacture correction glasses referring to ophthalmologic tests done in our clinic as well as we adjust glasses prescribed outside our clinic. We recommend the latest generation glasses which provide perfect eyesight correction and protection. A wide choice of correction glasses (multifocal and progressive lenses) and improvements of the lens surface will satisfy the most demanding clients of all ages. The glass lenses we offer are the highest quality products and they meet the requirements of the world restrictions in optics.

• 1994 – 1995 post-graduate internship in Voivodship Hospital in Koszalin
• 1999 – completed basic specialist training in ophthalmology under supervision of  Wojciech  Furche, MD, PhD.
• until 2010 – worked as senior assistant in Department of Ophthalmology at Voivodship Hospital in Koszalin.

Eye Surgery

In our clinic we perform several ophthalmologic surgeries which are paid for. Most of the surgeries are carried out under local anaesthetesia, however, there is an option of premedication for surgery or general anaesthesia. An anaesthesiologist is taking care of the patient. The most frequent surgeries include:

•    the removal of cataract
•    a chalazion
•    xanthelasma
•    warts
•    a sebaceous cyst
•    an eyelid cyst
•    eyelid correction

Before surgery each patient is examined and qualified by our doctors. At such a visit we discuss the preparation procedure for surgery, treatment technique and possible complications that may occur in the treatment process.

Ophthalmology  Outpatient Clinic

 The Ophthalmology  Outpatient Clinic is equipped with the highest quality devices allowing full diagnostics of the organ of sight. We aim at the most accurate diagnosis in the shortest time period in order to imply the most effective treatment. The clinic performs the following activities:

• visual acuity and refraction test
• anterior segment of the eye test in the slit lamp
• fundus of the eye test
• measuring intraocular pressure by applanation tonometer
• selection of corrective eye glasses and contact lenses
• perimetry – testing the visual field
• USG examination of the eye
• biometry – measuring dimensions of the eye
• measuring intraocular lenses by the IOL Master Zeiss optical biometer
• OCT - optical coherence tomography 
• RNFL – measuring the retinal nerve fiber layer 
• pachymetry – measuring corneal thickness
• fluorescein angiography

The Ophthalmology  Outpatient Clinic also performs the photocoagulation of retina by using the Zeiss – Visuals 532 laser.

Glaucoma Outpatient Clinic

Our Glaucoma Outpatient Clinic performs the following tests:

• Testing visual acuity
• Testing anterior segment of the eye
• Measuring intraocular pressure
• Gonioscopy (to distinguish between open-angle glaucoma and closed-angle glaucoma)
• Pachymetry (the measurement of corneal thickness)
• Testing the field of view
• Measuring retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness by the HD OCT Zeiss Cirrus

Angiography Outpatient Clinic

The  Angiography Outpatient Clinic performs the following activities:

• Fluorescein angiography
• OCT - optical coherence tomography
